Data collection

We collect information you voluntarily provide via our contact and audit forms: name, email address, phone number and company name. Our chatbot processes your messages via the OpenAI API to respond, but does not permanently store conversations.

Data usage

Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, provide audit results and improve our services. We never sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and local storage

We use Vercel Analytics (anonymous) and Google Analytics (if configured) to measure site traffic. Local storage (localStorage) is used for your interface preferences (language, A/B tests).

Third-party services

We use the following services: Formspree (forms), OpenAI (chatbot), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Analytics (audience measurement) and Calendly (scheduling).

Data retention

Form data is kept for a maximum of 12 months and deleted on request.
